Volt Watch

Can I use any 9 volt plug on my Portable Dvd player?
I have a Panasonic portable Dvd Player. I see by the hole making power of what it says 9V. Can I buy 9 Volt Adapter and plug my player in my car? Would this hurt my drive? The Car Adapter factory is very expensive. And no … I do not watch while I drive.
you need an adapter that converts the DC 12V Car Battery 9V DC for your DVD player. It must also be able to provide enough current. If you have the specs of the adapter car factory, so you could use one that fits the same characteristics. Make sure the voltage is the same (9V DC), and the current is less the same. For example if the plant is a product 200mA, then you need to be able to display at least 200 mA, but it could also be high, say 300mA, but it would be more expensive. As someone else said, also make sure that the polarity is the same. Most likely if it isn't it just wont work. I doubt it would damage the DVD player.
