iRobot does not honor its guarantees on It's Dirt Dog robotic cleaner?

What options do I or is it a case of buyer beware and I'm SOL I bought a brand new dog cleaner iRobot Dirt on Ebay. Seems to work for a while and then stops dead in its track after 10-15mins for no reason. If I put it off and on. he works for another 10-15 minutes and stops again. The battery is fully charged and the machine was cleaned well but this does not solve this problem. Could there be a clock or a case of thermal overload? And I Gremlins spoke with a service iRobot Tech and tried everything they advised to do so but it does not take care of her, I asked if they could remedy under the warranty but they refused because the Ebay seller was not on their list of authorized dealers and suggested I contact But the seller, the seller has a policy of 7 days back that I have exceeded 2 weeks, so no help there quess iRobot has delivered to dogs Can you help me about this? Well, to be honest, I can see this side of iRobot. If they are not an authorized dealer how do you know: A.) he is a true and Dirt Dog not a knock off. and B) If the ebay seller does not touch the instrument. The best I can tell you is iRobot to request that their repair costs are units out of warranty. iRobot would honor the warranty, but since, as they say, it was not an authorized distributor of your bad luck.
