How does a Canon grip work?
I understand that prolongues the battery life, but how? just by CONTAINING Litium 2 batteries? or is there something I'm missing?
No, That's pretty much it. It's basically a handle that attaches to the bottom of some EOS models. It does not replace the battery in the body. It just adds a couple of additional ones.
