Is it possible to change the battery of an iPod to another?

My Ipod Nano is dead and wont charge more. &&&.. I another iPod Nano that doesn't even work, but the battery still seems ok. Is it possible to change the battery? I know I have to weld son because I already opened the case. I just want to know if its possible.

Yep, just be careful while working in the inner workings of the Nano, like the tip soldering iron may well lose the motherboard
