How do I charge my camcorder if the charger is lost?

Camcoder have bought a trip to Taiwan, but the charger is lost and i couldnt seem find that any replacement of the same manufacturer (some strange brand) .. so im looking for any charger that electrically match the camcorder: He said Power Source camcorder's manual: DC 5V (2.0A) POWER CONSUMPTION: 10W RECHARGEABLE LI-Ion Battery (1650 MAH) on the battery itself: Li-ion 3.7V 1000mAh if im looking for a charger, this / Amp voltage specification should I look to the charge? im confused between the spec shown in the manual and on the battery itself .. thank you for any help offered

agree watch everything you have to do is find a charger 5V DC which has neither more nor less. and supplies 2.0 amps or more dont worry if its more the battery will only use what it needs the important thing here is that you are sure of its 5 volts DC. If you do not see any food with these specifications is then one that provides 10W of power. If you multiply by the current tension youll get 5v power ex x 2.0 = 10W you can use any combination of voltage and current (A) for power
