I have a Panasonic camcorder and upload it but the sound does not work. How to solve this problem?
I have a Panasonic and it will send the video and everything. However, the sound does not seem to be working. How can I do at work? I use a USB cable.
It is your problem is using the USB cable. I have a Panasonic. Unless you have a new camcorder NewFangle has only one Port Usb and no Firewire card, you need to use the Firewire port. End of story.
