Lead Acid

What are some problems associated with a series of batteries Lead Acid?
If you can not understand what This question concerns, then you've already made it further than me. Its essential information for an assignment of chemistry. And I can not find the answer anywhere! Please help!
The only problems are with weight. I have a Geo Tracker powered by an electric motor. For 96 volts, I used 16 6-volt, over 1,000 lbs.
