Is it acceptable to use hotspot shield in the UAE?

Is it acceptable to use hotspot shield in the UAE Arab Emirates? Some websites do not allow American tv their videos to see outside the United States.

Yes you can. I use it when I need to use Skype. the older version works better than the new. but it’s really annoying. and ads too you can not use Google. but at least it’s free … ultrasurf try, it works well, but all adult sites are blocked!
