What is da best buy Sony Handycams? which includes making them better?

I want to buy a new Sony Handycam. I can AFORD 20 to 30 thousand rupees on it. I want to know witch model fits for me. Maybe a cyber-shot Handycam replace?

Cybershots are digital cameras and video quality is far from that of a Handycam. I'd say go around. Go to the electronics stores and find cameras, not just Sony cameras, which correspond to your budget. Write down model numbers and search the Internet. Panasonic and JVC cameras are great, too. Handycams have great build quality and are guaranteed to work. This distinguishes them from all other cameras. Do not put a DVD camcorder. They are terrible to use. You may as well stick with tape. Anyway, good luck with your decision!
