Flat Top

What is the best type of 12 "pan or skillet to a large Flat Top electric that will not turn when cooking?
All dishes appear to bend slightly in the center of my upscale apartment and then with the slightest touch, they will turn or move to where positioned. Moreover, it creates hot spots and uneven heating.
I saw something in Williams Sonoma, which could help. This a heat sink, which is supposed to even out heat if your drive has a Hot Spot. He had a good coating would probably hold any pan from spinning.
