NiMH are with a capacity of 2500mAh better than low self-discharge Nimh Batteries?

Recently, I read on the Sanyo batteries Eneloop and was tempted to buy. I wanted to know if it is normal for NiMH batteries (2500mAh) are better than Sanyo Eneloop (2000mAH).

It depends on how you use them. If you know your going to charge right before use, then your best with the largest rated capacity batteries. If your sore Charing, and then cool and let stand for 3 weeks in the tray before you finally use them, then your probably better with self low discharge batteries. Anyway, you should avoid the "chargers" quick and get more life from your batteries. The more you load, the cooler they have (they will be in effective charge to full capacity) and longer (cooler discharge cycles), they will last.
