DTV, DVB-T or ATSC: The world is really ready for the transition to digital television?

Gil Scott Heron famous once said that the revolution will not be televised.

It's funny when, in the world of television there is a revolution and, if nothing is done to inform people about what digital television is reality, then there will be a group of people without any TV signal at all.
