Camcorder Rechargeable

To what extent this camcorder work?

So I'm looking to get a handheld camcorder and saw the Kodak Z16 and I think it looks pretty good. Then I wondered if the video quality is good, how long can I store on it (depending on memory, not the Battery Power) and I was wondering how Rechargeable Batteries work. Or if you have another cool camcorder in mind in this price range.

Kodak is in the same range as the Flip Video or Sony HD Webbie. The video is decent, the audio is reasonable – they are all designed with the download on YouTube in mind.
