Button Top

Where can I get a button down shirt that fits and does not wrinkle at the top?

I had trouble finding the button down Nice shirts that are fitted around the waist but does not wrinkle at the top. Every shirt I found that fits around the waist, has a large gap between the first two button. Suggestions?

I do not know if you should have buttoned the buttons for your work, but I can not usually keys on such shirts because I have a big loser. What seems really nice but has a yaw (or plain)-cami underneath and leaving only the top few buttons unbuttoned!
