Battery shows 50% still cannot switch on the system. can switch on the system when plugged in.?

my system of life Battery shows 50% still dosent work on battery, the circuit only starts when plugged in and connected entertainment tab does not refresh ….

your Battery Charger does not work properly, same thing happened to me because of the tension on the cord where it connects to my laptop He said 50% and does not charge and when I plugged it was empty so that its fried you need a Universal Charger to make sure obtaining a good reason, as iGo I am currently on my second in 1 month.
