Battery Replacement

I have a Motorola Razr V3. The Original Battery is dead, someone knows a good Replacement Battery?

I tried using the Motorola BR50 battery and they suck. I've had three of them. Can anyone recommend a good replacement and where I can purchase. I'm from Canada. Thank you for any help you can give me.
