Battery Refurbish

MacBook, the battery is not charging to the finish ideas?

So I just got my refurbed Macbook Apple Store, seems brrand new coatings and all charges, but the battery is not recognized and custom, it wont even run out of battery at all. Y there's something I do to initialize the battery? Before I ring and return it for replacement Yes I tried resetting the battery several times but in vain. Well, it will be returned

I'm sure they've checked the battery before sending it to you. The only thing I can think Is it to then be replaced by removing the case where a terminal is not in contact.
